Hello,

I am blueprinting a 68B09 SBC and would like to integrate an ATA/IDE
interface. Has anyone yet done this? Is there any existing wiring scheme? A
16-bit memory interface could be accomplished.

Googling for 6809 ide schematic turns up a couple of good hits. As the
6502 uses the same bus interface, you can use those projects as well.

The folks over at http://www.cloud9tech.com/ have some available for the
Tandy Color Computer. I don't know if you could repurpose one of those?

Peace,

This has been done successfully by some members of the FLEX User Group
(FLEX being the operating system written several years ago by TSC).
Their web site is at http://www.evenson-consulting.com/flexusergroup.aspx
.

One solution uses a 68B21 to interface, and another solution uses a
few TTL components instead.
